Brands capitalize Children’s Day to maximise engagement

Yesterday the day being of unlimited laughter, giggles and unlimited fun, Children’s Day is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest and I am sure a lot of us must have shared our childhood pictures on social media, along with us brands too have gone all the way out to create such interesting and unique campaigns that describe Children’s Day to the fullest.

Here is our list of campaigns that stole the show:

Star Sports:

This children’s day, here’s a special message from the Captain of the Indian Cricket Team urging parents to allow their kids to go outdoor and play. Star Sports’s special campaign with Virat Kohli talking about the importance of letting children play.

Amazon Prime Video:

This Children’s Day, Amazon Prime Video has curated a list of titles encompassing both Indian and International shows to ensure that you and your family can enjoy binge-watching together, age no bar.

Nickelodeon:

Nickelodeon has released its Children’s Day brand film which focusses on how children are untouched by the layers of social conditioning of do’s and don’ts and self-consciousness that burden the adults. Conceptualized by the creative agency Scarecrow M&C Saatchi, the film is on-air across the Nickelodeon franchise and its social media platforms and is garnering phenomenal response from the audiences.

Romedy NOW:

Romedy Now, celebrates this Children’s Day with its unique initiative, #WingsToDream that empowers children to explore and live their dreams. In partnership with CRY and Kidzania, Romedy Now organized day long workshops in Mumbai and Delhi for children from less privileged backgrounds, giving them an opportunity to experience myriad directions that their careers can take.

Taproot Dentsu and Free Press Journal:

The Free Press Journal changed its masthead to “Free Child Journal. Because they want the masthead to draw the nation’s attention to issues that deserve to be addressed. Because they don’t just want to be writing about the changes that India witnesses daily but also play a part in changing India for the better.

Ascent Meditech Limited and Flamingo:

Ascent Meditech Limited, a leading player in Orthopedic Soft Goods, Mobility, Wound-care and Healthcare products, celebrates Children’s Day by helping parents guard and support their children with Flamingo’s Pediatric Range of products. COLORS’ Children’s Day Special event which will is packed with lots of fun, games and unlimited entertainment. Celebrations will galore as the television’s comedian couple  Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachayaa along with celebrity kids Garvit Parekh and Kavya Ramani host a party and have Salman Khan and many other celebrities in presence.

Milklane:

This Children’s Day, and here’s a shout out to all Moms and Dads who have a tough time getting their kids to drink milk.

UNICEF and Ministry of Women and Child Development:

Ayushmann Khurrana has given his support to the UNICEF and Ministry of Women and Child development to help raise awareness on the increasing number of abuse against children. CHILDLINE INDIA FOUNDATION, a national 24-hour emergency helpline number 1098 which works as an emergency outreach for children in distress. The campaign aims to reach out to people across the nation via social media, TV and cinema halls. Through the video CHILDLINE is hoping to help more kids in distress to come forward and seek help.
