Empathy and Authenticity – 2020 was a year of unprecedented challenges. While there is some hope with a vaccine having been announced, every business around the world is still dealing with the after-effects of COVID-19 and the ripple effects it has had on the daily lives of millions of people and economies. There is no better time to stick to the values that have make our organization stand the test of time. In 2021, we will have to continue our focus on the health and welfare of our employees, our decision to stand by our client partners and work with partners and the society to make impactful contributions by highlighting issues and doing purpose-driven work.

Power the Promise – We set out to rebrand our offering because of the truth of big changes in media and news and the way people consume and share the same. This has directly lead to an evolution in the way agencies interact with brands and how brands interact with the larger world of consumers and other audiences. Our new model of dealing with new realities is at the heart of the Lintas Live proposition, which puts digital thinking and creativity first and our major focus is to power these areas with best in class tools and talent. Our ambition is to make Lintas Live the most relevant and most preferred agency offering in this brave new world.

Creativity for Impact – As a part of the MullenLoweLintas Group, creativity is in our DNA. The ethos of Lintas Live is to harness this in-built aptitude for creativity and channel it to create effective and impactful campaigns for our clients. It is our belief that creative communications delivered well can be the biggest differentiator and we will build this as a core ideology of our brand.

Insightful and Incisive – Information is the most valuable currency today. The best ideas cannot reach their full potential if they are not backed by data that cuts through the clutter and provides deep, meaningful insights. We envision the future of PR to be insight-driven and strategic instead of based on “gut feeling”. This is also where another facet of Lintas Live comes into the picture – the always-on, always connected nature of today’s world means trends are created and become obsolete in the blink of an eye. We have taken up the challenge of staying ahead of the curve and never missing out on conversational talkpoints.

Curating Culture – This is the most important facet of any agency, even more so, as good talent is going to be in short supply. Cultivating and managing talent will be key and the difference between success and failure will depend a lot more on having an open culture, purpose and values rather than only focusing on a healthy bottom line. Talent will dictate success and curating work culture will be a critical focus.
