Prose Integrated wins Public Relations Mandate for Pathfinder Global

All India: Prose Integrated, a firm in PR, social media, advertising & advocacy, will lead the PR for Pathfinder Global, a retail tech company since 2000.

Pathfinder is known for its innovative retail technology, enhancing customer engagement and enabling business success. The company supports 150+ malls, 40+ airports, and 1500+ brands with its solutions. An upcoming Retail AI app launch in India by September 2024 highlights Pathfinder’s commitment to advancing retail technology with cutting-edge capabilities.

Prose Integrated will handle all public relations, media engagement, and external communications for Pathfinder in India. They will work closely with Pathfinder’s Corporate Communication team to develop impactful media strategies for print and digital media, including the launch of the Retail AI app. These tailored PR strategies aim to boost Pathfinder’s presence in retail tech, supporting automation in the sector as India’s retail market is set to grow significantly with technology playing a crucial role.

Speaking on the development, Shivangi Raghav, Manager PR & Social Media, Prose Integrated, Delhi, said, “We are grateful to the team of Pathfinder for providing us with this opportunity and entrusting us with their PR mandate. Our expertise of understanding tech businesses in the Gig Economy will come in handy for creating meaningful contributions to Pathfinder’s business. India’s retail sector has an exponential growth potential and has a very diverse target audience when it comes to marketing tech solutions. We will be deploying new age AI tools powered by Google to automate processes and enhance reach at a Pan India level.”

Commenting on the details of the mandate Shivangi added “Our teams across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Pune would be working on this mandate to ensure a phase-wise rollout across the country to spread awareness and roadshows for RetailGPT through 2024-25”.

Pathfinder’s RetailGPT AI platform partnered with Forum Malls by Prestige Group, signaling a significant move beyond mere technology integration to enhance retail experiences industry-wide.
