Zomato:

Zomato celebrates Mother’s Day by changing its brand name to ‘Mazoto’ in a new brand video, emphasising the importance of mothers. The video portrays a food delivery platform created exclusively by mothers, showcasing a modified interface with promo codes and personalised features. While maintaining a light-hearted tone, the video captures the significance of food as a language of love for mothers. 

Senco Gold & Diamonds:

Senco Gold & Diamonds pays tribute to mothers on Mother’s Day, acknowledging their significant role in shaping lives and their unique superpowers. The brand unveils a campaign titled ‘Nazar Na Lage’ that highlights the journey of mothers across generations and their ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and societal challenges. The campaign emphasises the strong bond of mutual support and understanding that mothers share and honors their indomitable and protective spirit.

Sugar cosmetics:

Sugar cosmetics launches the #MaaSabJaantiHai campaign for Mother’s Day, celebrating the intuitive knowledge and guidance of mothers. The campaign features influencers sharing relatable situations where they instinctively turned to their mothers for assistance. They highlight the connection between mothers and children, with the influencers showcasing SUGAR’s popular Eye Told You So Eyeliner and acknowledging their mothers’ ability to provide instant help. The campaign emphasises the trust and understanding between mothers and their children, emphasising the phrase “Maa Sab Janti Hai” (Mother knows everything).

Odomos:

Odomos, an Indian mosquito repellent brand, launches the #GiveMomAHand campaign to address the lack of support for mothers in household chores. Highlighting alarming statistics that Indian mothers spend significant time on home chores and receive minimal assistance, the campaign aims to change these dynamics. The ad film features a heartfelt monologue by a child expressing gratitude for his mother’s efforts and emphasising the importance of supporting her. The campaign emphasises the need for a social support system for mothers and seeks to bring a smile to their faces by encouraging everyone in the household to share the workload together.

The Godrej Group:

The Godrej Group has launched a campaign called #PerfectforMomRecipes to celebrate Mother’s Day in a unique way. The campaign aims to challenge stereotypes and biases surrounding working mothers and encourage them to appreciate themselves. It features celebrity chefs creating dishes with unconventional names, such as ‘Tasty Society Expectations Mango Shake’ and ‘Lajawab Overworked Mom’s Butter Chicken.’ The campaign seeks to help working mothers overcome societal expectations and unsolicited advice, promote self-love and self-care, and empower them to define their own idea of motherhood. Through this initiative, the Godrej Group hopes to change narrow-minded views about working mothers and show them love and support.

 

iD Fresh Food:

iD Fresh Food, an Indian fresh food brand, has launched its sixth edition of the Khaana Khaaya campaign to celebrate Mother’s Day. The campaign portrays the idea of food as a symbol of love, with a dosa representing deep emotions. The campaign video features a lively restaurant called Mother’s Special Dosa, where moms and their kids gather after a Sunday football practice.

The chef, Vikram, is seen making dosas in unique shapes, and when a mother notices her son hasn’t eaten, she lovingly feeds him a dosa. This heartfelt moment moves the chef. In the next scene, the chef pours iD Fresh Food batter onto the tawa, creating an artistic dosa without revealing the shape. He smiles at the silhouette of a woman holding a plate, reminiscent of his mother. The film concludes with the chef enjoying the dosa as if being fed by his mom.

Nilon’s

Nilon’s Mother’s Day campaign video captures the essence of a mother’s irreplaceable love. The video follows a young man far from home who feels empty despite his seemingly perfect day. Reflecting on his mother’s meals, teachings, and warmth, he realises that a mother’s love remains unmatched in life’s journey. 

Conceptualised by Django Digital, the video’s message, “Maa ke iss pyaar mein aaj #ThodaAurPyaar milate hai,” gently reminds us to cherish and reciprocate our mothers’ love. It’s a tribute to selfless mothers worldwide who unconditionally nurture and support us.

ICICI:

The modern mother wears many hats, from a caring parent to a life coach and relationship guide. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund’s Mother’s Day campaign celebrates these mothers as savvy investment advisors. They encourage daughters to shift from savings to investments, starting with mutual funds.

The campaign, titled “Maa Ke Saath, Investment Ki Baat” (Talking about investments with mother), humorously shows a mother guiding her daughter in investment options. It aims to spark an investment conversation, where mothers share their experiences and mistakes, helping jumpstart their daughters’ investment journeys. Mothers play a vital role in guiding daughters towards financial freedom, emphasising the importance of saving and investing wisely.

Asian Paints:

If gifting is typical, so are mothers’ reactions to being gifted. And this is the central idea of Mother’s Day campaign by Asian Paints ezyCR8, a DIY range of products for décor and maintenance. This heart-warming campaign takes viewers to those slice-of-life moments that one can share, only with their moms. Conceptualised and executed by FCB Kinnect, it is being rolled out across digital and social media platforms.
