Ferty9 Fertility Center, India’s third-largest and best IVF chain in South India, is proud to announce the successful completion of its innovative #TogetherInIVF campaign, launched to commemorate World IVF Day 2024. With over a decade of experience in fertility care, combined with cutting-edge technology, Ferty9 conducted a series of impactful activities to increase public awareness and acceptance of in vitro fertilization (IVF).
In India, approximately 28 million couples go through fertility issues, and this number will only see a rise owing to the sedentary lifestyles, increasing stress levels, obesity andlate marriages. Adding to this concern is the stigma against infertility, thatis deep rooted in customs and traditional beliefs. Cognizant of the fact that efforts to de-stigmatiseinfertility must begin at the grassroots of society, Ferty9 conducted a wide-scale awareness campaign in AP and Telangana states to combat ignorance and strengthen acceptance for IVF procedures. The 360-degree campaigncomprised of on-ground activations, influencer collaborations, a widespread social media campaign, a radio campaign and an engaging internal communications campaign across the nine Ferty9 centers.
The prime component of the campaign was the series ofengaging nukkadnaatak (street plays), that were performed at 15 different locations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana during the week of World IVF Day.These performances, viewed by thousands of citizens, helped to demystify infertility and IVF for the general public in a relatable and impactful manner.
Incorporating the arts into the campaign, Ferty9 launched the Music of Hope, a melodious piece designed to connect mindfulness and calmness with the journey of infertility treatment. Music has been shown to significantly reduce tension and anxiety, and this relaxing tune aims to provide comfort and support to Ferty9’s patients. The Music of Hope was unveiled to over 3000 gynaecologists across AP and Telangana, creating a widespread impact.
During celebratory events at all 9 Ferty9 centers, the chief guests, IVF babies, and their families launched the Ferty9 Tune at the respective centers. “The #TogetherInIVF campaign has been an incredible journey of outreach and education. Our street plays, conducted in bustling public spaces, captured the attention of thousands, helping to break down the misconceptions surrounding infertility. By integrating the rich cultural heritage of traditional art in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, we resonated deeply with local communities. The Music of Hope, introduced as part of this campaign, has added a serene and supportive dimension to our patients’ experience. We are immensely proud of the impact we’ve made and remain dedicated to our mission of making IVF accessible, understood, and accepted,” said Mr. Vinesh Gadhia, Executive Director and CEO, Ferty9 Fertility Center.
The #TogetherInIVF campaign reached over 3 million online users through a variety of activities, including daily engagement on all our social media platforms and collaborations with influencers. The campaign also saw publication of IVF Wonder Stories in key regional media of AP & Telangana, serving as testimonials to our commitment.
The #TogetherInIVF campaign demonstrates Ferty9 Fertility Center’s unwavering dedication to addressing infertility issues through education and community engagement. As Ferty9 celebrates the success of this campaign, they look forward to continuing their mission of providing accessible and compassionate fertility care. Ferty9 remains a trusted partner in the IVF journey and is committed to fostering an environment where every couple feels supported and empowered on their journey to parenthood.
