Mumbai: farm communications today announced the launch of an analytics software and insights service that combines Descriptive Analytics, Diagnostic Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Prescriptive Analytics to deliver actionable intelligence. A scalable advanced analytics platform with pre-built, easy-to-use applications and services, the tool is conceptualized with the aim to empower corporate communication (PR) professionals across levels, who are seeking more value-based insights.

The tool ‘farm’ is backed by state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence and deep machine-learning, next-gen consumer intelligence technology, coupled with powerful media intelligence and listening technology. In the run-up to the launch of the service, farm communications conducted a deep dive into not only the need gaps and pain points of communication professionals but also what the communication industry needs. As it gets tougher to navigate through challenging times with the changes in the media and consumer landscape, the tool is designed for users to know about the conversations but also, more importantly, the why and what next!

After almost over 2 decades of being in the industry and identifying the underlying gaps, the founder of the farm communications, Sahir Khan said, “In the demanding market conditions that we are in due to COVID, we are confident that our product will fill in the gap of how to convert everyday data to actionable insights. ‘farm’ will monitor 100+ million editorial content of media sources on a continuous basis, and then, identify, save and analyze content that contains over 000’s of specific keywords or topics on the world wide web in any language in the world. The tool listens to what people are saying when they said it, and why, and also find influencers, compare with competitors, and show results in minutes.  Further to which farms business analysts will offer real-time insights, solutions, and even strategy to the corporate communication professionals.
