New Delhi : Autdoors – the OOH division of Amar Ujala Publications has recently launched the Pan India campaign for Skechers – the second largest sports and lifestyle footwear brand in United States.

As a part of the campaign, the agency has taken the large format media options at the most strategic and high footfall areas in the top 11 cities covering the metros and the mini metros.

Rahul Vira – CEO, Skechers South Asia Pvt. Ltd., said, In keeping with our vision of being the most desirable and fashionable sports lifestyle brand, we are thrilled to launch the exciting and vibrant range of Skechers Burst in India. With leisure being one of the hottest trends in the market today, we hope to offer consumers the best in this trend-forward category, be it pop colours, design, technology or comfort. With many innovative and stylish new products in the pipeline, we will continue to build on this momentum in the coming years.

Actress Yami Gautam looked extremely sporty as she unveiled this new collection and flaunted her own pair from it.  At the event, Yami showcased the diverse range of these new-age shoes that are known for their flowing designs and cutting edge technology that help instill excessive vigour.

We are very excited to have partnered with Amar Ujala Autdoors for this campaign said Rahul.

Commenting on the campaign, Shouvik Sain, Business Head-Autdoors said, “We are delighted to partner with Skechers for its India launch and have really enjoyed working with their enthusiastic and passionate marketing team. It all started with a challenge to create high saliency in the targeted markets”.

The campaign which was launched in the first week of March has been well appreciated and despite its limited presence has been able to create the right noise through the proper placement and the choice of varied media formats that have been taken in this campaign.

Amar Ujala Autdoors launched in 2014 has already executed OOH campaigns for over 70 brands including key clients such as Mahindra Lifespaces, Viacom 18, Wagh Bakri, Fortis Religare, Future Retail, Wildstone Deo, Indigo Airlines, Noida International University, Nayati Healthcare amongst many others.

Amar Ujala is one of the fastest growing daily newspapers in India, with 19 editions in 7 states & 1 union territories. It has a circulation of  29.35 lakh copies per day during second half of 2015 (Source: ABC  July to December  2015), covering Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi and Chandigarh. The newspaper is owned by Amar Ujala Publications Limited.
