Public App takes cricket fans on trivia quest across India’s cricket stadiums

The app’s active user base of over 70 million will have access to information on team and individual records and unforgettable moments at the stadium.

Public App takes cricket fans on trivia quest across India’s cricket stadiums

Public App has introduced its CWC’23 Location Scan campaign, through which it has embarked on a virtual trivia adventure across India’s cricket stadiums. With this, Public App’s active user base of over 70 million will have access to CWC’23 Location Scan information cards, which offer information concerning historical team and individual records, as well as unforgettable moments at the stadium where the day’s match is to be held.

Users will also get trivia about the stadium. The cards will be available in English and Hindi, as well as the regional language of the state in which the match venue is situated.

Public App will also conduct interactive polls for app users and enable them to share the cards across social media platforms. The CWC’23 Location Scan campaign will be accessible on Public App through the duration of the ICC World Cup’23.

The CWC’23 Location Scan cards will provide users with glimpses of milestones achieved at the various stadiums. They will also showcase individual and team accomplishments, such as the best ODI performances, matches won, and highest run totals.

The cards will also feature trivia about the stadium itself, including details about its capacity, architecture, and distinguishing characteristics. Furthermore, the cards will provide information about the match of the day, including the date, time, team compositions, and duration.
